Bio


Stephan is a Live Action and VFX Producer based in Los Angeles, California. For over twenty years he has been working as a producer, executive producer, agency producer, and post producer on short films, independent features, European and US broadcast and theatrical commercials, movie trailers, branded content, corporate films, global branding media, digital media/apps, theme park ride content,  VFX/CGI production, and cable television.


Most recently Stephan has line produced several Discovery Channel and TLC TV series including Outrageous 911 and Devil in the Details.  He has worked with the top LA entertainment marketing agencies (The Cimarron Group, Toy Box Entertainment, Creative Domain, Ant Farm) for such clients as Sony, Universal, Buena Vista, Miramax, New Line Cinema, Fox Searchlight,as well as for boutique agencies/production companies such as i.dentity, Upper Diamond and White Noise.  Working with both US and international productions, other clients include BMW,  US Airforce, Skechers, Swiss Air, Skoda, DirecTV, Taylormade.


The Universal Orlando Ride “Disaster: A Major Motion Picture…Starring You!” on which Stephan was Executive Producer and Producer of all audio-visual media (working with Christopher Walken and Dwayne Johnson), was a 2010 THEA Award Winner. Recently the “Hologram” Tupac Shakur seen at Coachella 2012 was the same process used for Christopher Walken for the permanent installation at Universal.


Stephan earned a B.F.A. Cum Laude from University of California Berkley and a M.F.A. in film production from the University of Southern California.
